1. Physical tickets is compulsory shall be collected from venue

2. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

3. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

4. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry

5. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

6. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

7. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

8. Rights of admission reserved by organizer

9. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer

10. In case of calamities/rains/fire or other mishaps and legal hurdles, which may cause change of time, cancellation or part cancellation of the festival, the amount is non-refundable.

11. Out-side food , water and soft drinks are not allowed

12. Timings of Norta shall be as per government rules and regulations

13. For any dispute or clarifications, the decision of Management shall be Final. All legal disputes to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.

14. Management shall not be responsible to participants/ invitees/ attendants/ viewers for any damage or injury in person or property in the event of any stampede, disruption, civil commotion (riot) caused due to individual quarrel, dispute or natural events such as rain, fire, earthquake, etc

15. 5 years and above ticket is compulsory

16. Traditional cloths is compulsory to enter in garba playing zone

17. Incase of original ticket lost or stolen, duplicate ticket shall not be issued.

18. Organizers reserves the right to perform security checks on the audience for security purpose.
